Remember One Malaysia at its birth and infancy. Look at history the way it was made, and not planned. One Malaysia was born from mother nation Malaya, and ever since then, the country faced a multitude of tests - some fatal, some heartbreaking, some sad, but most of all Malaysia emerged at the time when there is a need for unity. Integration was a BIG question. UNITY was an aspiration. MUHIBBAH was a theme that lingered on the lips and minds of true Malaysians. Only those who worked side by side with satan were against the idea of MUHIBBAH. Only those who loved BLOODSHED were pissed off with MUHIBBAH. Bearing in mind that the motherland was created out of love for BROTHERHOOD, and we were all ONE although our forefathers came from as far as China, India, Indonesia, Turkey, the Arab lands, and even from Europe, we didn't bother about our background. The people of the past didn't bother a bit about their ethnic background, because Malaysia was for everyone who loved UNITY. Circumstances may have created our existence as inhabitants of this land - war, wealth, and even wonder, all were the reasons for our forefathers to migrate to this land. We can't claim that we were the earliest let alone the owner of this land, but we are indeed the heir to the Malaysian dream of UNITY and BROTHERHOOD. That is why we can still survive until today.
